Author's Notes: This is a collaborative fic from a vampire role-playing community cowritten by jedichad and myself, sinandcinnamon. (Our posts are separated by the hopefully unobtrusive little -'s between sections). In this community, vampires overtook the world some thirty years ago, and humans have been reduced to slaves and commodities. Angelus is a vampire returning from a business trip to find his home was attacked by members of the human rebellion. Xander is an escaped human living in secrecy until he's caught when the Enforcers (vampire police) capture him along with the rebels. Previous stories in the Eternal Kiss universe can be found in my memories or tags.
