this was excellent! I was linked by entrenous88 and just wanted to let you know I thought this was beautifully done. I can very much see Xander becoming body-conscious after gaining the weight, especially if Spike kept calling him "chubby" teasingly. And comparing himself to Spike and wondering why Spike would stay with him.

It was wonderfuly vulnerable and Spike was so sweet and caring. And I loved that he was clueless right up to the very end.

Very well done. I've saved it to my memories.
